RDT is pleased to have its Tempus IC Professional monitor selected as the primary monitor in the USSOCOM TCCC CASEVAC set provided by Tribalco. The CASEVAC set combines patient access capabilities, mobility and critical care components supporting U.S. SOF in far forward and austere environments where definitive medical support is not available.

The SOF TCCC CASEVAC Set will be used for access, rescue, evacuation and stabilization of casualties in austere conditions focusing on reducing preventable battlefield deaths and minimizing the adverse effects of injuries.

Comments Graham Murphy, RDT CEO “All of the components that make up the set underwent an extremely rigorous evaluation process with real users comprising of two 3-week events in Colorado Springs and Arkansaw in 2011, after which a final set selection was made. To be selected from the industry’s best is a huge achievement.”

Tempus IC Professional delivers all the features of a world class vital signs monitor but is revolutionary in a multitude of ways including size, weight, robustness, battery life, open architecture and data sharing capabilities whilst being simple and easy to use.

Comments Chris Hannan, RDT’s Operational Manager “We are proud to partner on this critical program with Tribalco who has been appointed as the Program integrators. Working with military users when designing the monitor has been a critical part of the development process over the last couple of years. The evaluation process was extremely complex and this success for RDT is testament to the dedication and hard work that everyone has put in to making the monitor an important piece of equipment for the US military”.

Tempus IC Professional has been engineered from a unique platform enabling the ability to easily integrate with other products onto the same core monitor, thereby reducing the amount of equipment that needs to be carried. This sets a new precedent for vital sign monitors as it allows users to build the optimal monitor for now and for the future through the almost limitless integration of new and developmental capabilities. The monitor also includes the ability to easily collect and share all patient data electronically, including the TCCC card, both in real-time and post event.
