Still video pictures of the casualty can be taken and are automatically downloaded to the response centre for analysis by the physician. These images can be quickly and easily annotated with circles, arrows, simple shapes/colours and text and sent back to the remote location in a few seconds. This is an invaluable tool when the patient or the Tempus user require written or graphical guidance to illustrate the verbal instructions the physician has given. Video images and annotation radically improve the quality and depth of communication between the Response Centre and the remote user.
All video images are stored in an image library for retrieval during the incident or for review once the incident is complete.
