The Tempus can be used to monitor patients for single or multiple incidents when it is not connected to the Response
Centre (either because there is no line of communication available or because the patient's condition is not thought critical).
In this case, the Tempus can reconnect to the Response Centre at a later date and upload the information for
storage or review.
